The only stats currently available on the sword are from a broken beta version of the quest. There's no real indication on what the real sword is like.

According to thottbot, artifact is orange, legendary is red -_- Edit: someone not to long ago got it and posted screenshots of it. 44-115 dmg @ around 50 dps. It is a horrible sword. |

Thottbot is wrong, Blizzard actually changed the colors at one point. There was a blue post about this once upon a time that I seem to remember reading. I believe originally legendary was red and artifact was orange. It was changed to legendary being orange and artifact being gold. Red is no longer used.
