Not that it seems to be the case in this picture, but the word "Nigga" means "this". "Zigga" is "that". If you are in a store and want to buy something, you would say "Wo yow nigga" "I want this" I prefer the negative version of this "Bo yow nigga" "Don't want this"
Sounds like "Boo ya nigga"
